Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2025-2026 Basketball Season
Thanks for purchasing our products at [website] operated by [name]. Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund. For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label. If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date. Basketball Program
Refund Policy At Next Man Up Basketball, we value the commitment of our athletes and families. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our refund process. 1. Full Payments If program fees are paid in full, a refund may be requested within 7 days of the payment date. After the 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable. 2. Partial Payments / Installment Plans If program fees are paid through a payment plan, refunds are available within 7 days of the first installment payment. Once the second installment has been processed, all payments are non-refundable. 3. Missed Sessions Program fees cover a reserved spot in the program and are not based on attendance. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed practices, games, or training sessions. 4. Non-Transferable Refunds are issued only to the original payer and cannot be transferred to another athlete or program. 5. Processing Approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days. By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Toronto Lady Phenoms
Refund Policy Toronto Lady Phenoms – Powered by Next Man Up Participation in the Toronto Lady Phenoms program requires financial commitments that are made in advance for gym rentals, league registrations, tournament entries, uniforms, coaching contracts, and travel arrangements. As a result, the following refund policy applies: Registration Deposit All deposits are non-refundable. A roster spot is not secured until the deposit is received. Deposits cover administrative costs, team registration commitments, and initial operational expenses. Program Fees After the season officially begins (first scheduled practice or team meeting): Program fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for: Voluntary withdrawal Playing time concerns Schedule conflicts Team placement decisions Dismissal due to disciplinary action Injury Policy If a season-ending injury occurs before league play begins, a partial credit may be considered at the discretion of program leadership. Medical documentation may be required. Uniform and administrative fees remain non-refundable. Tournament & Travel Fees Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once submitted to event organizers. Travel, hotel, and transportation costs are non-refundable once booked. If a player withdraws after travel arrangements are confirmed, the family remains responsible for their portion of those expenses. Exceptional Circumstances Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of program leadership.
